NOVA provides expert on-site compressed air pressure vessel inspections, ensuring your equipment complies with mandatory requirements every 2 years, and internal visual checks every 4 years.

Our experienced technicians perform inspections in line with AS/NZ 3788 standards, scheduling visits to minimize disruption to your operations.

 

Using advanced ultrasonic testing, we accurately assess wall thickness and check for corrosion or pitting.

​

The service also includes resealing ports, pressure testing the vessel, and thoroughly inspecting safety valves and gauges.

 

Any components that do not meet compliance can be swiftly replaced with new parts by NOVA

We supply high-quality air receivers designed and manufactured to meet the AS/NZS 1200:2015 Pressure Equipment Standard.

Approved for use across all Australian States and Territories, our air receivers come with convenient nozzle sizes and reinforced vessel support attachments for easy installation.

Each unit is externally blast-cleaned and powder-coated in Azure Blue (RAL 5009), the industry-standard color for compressed air.
